<Diatomite Heim (Powder Plaster Type)-Detail Information>

It is the same type of product as Mortar type Diatomite Heim except for the last part of process 

– water compound. It is relatively cheaper than mortar type, but still the quality remains the same. 

Sufficiently stir water and powder and age it according to guideline as below then the same product can be made as mortar type Diatomite Heim.

<How to apply>

① Put water and pigment in the container and mix color(if necessary) Put  80% of standard  level of water  and pigment. And stir it well with stirrer.

    (Portion of Diatomite Heim and Water should be 1:1.2~1.4)

② Put Diatomite Heim into it

    Put Diatomite into the water(mixing colored water) , stir it and age it for 30 mns.

③ Adjust viscosity

    Add water accordingly and stir it sufficiently. Apply it after bubble get removed.

④ Put the fabric tape on the crack between(the reason of using fabric tape is to apply the paint evenly on the joint or crack)

⑤ Put protection tape on the pillar and moulding

    (To prevent diatomite stained on the pillar or moulding. Considering thickness of coating, better to leave 3mm space from the wall.

⑥ Roughly apply diatomite using plastering tool on the area covered with fabric tape and on the holes and scars.

⑦ Do plastering work. In the stage of making surface evenly, diatomite needs to be plastered from outside to inside. Apply it as thick as it can totally cover fabric tape

⑧ Remove fabric tape and assisting tape
